Will the sea salt water flush be good enough to cleanse the colon?
Will this work as good as taking some supplements and enemas? I want to do a liver flush but I heard that you would have to do a colon cleanse first, so i was wondering will the sea salt flush be good enough prior to doing the liver flush.

I’m afraid not. Sea salt is good for cleansing your sinuses, but not effective as a colon cleanse.
